 In May, it's our Online Open Mic


As we shift seamlessly into (proper) Spring, we're joined by Rachel Spence, If you're an FT and arts reader, you might recognise the name. Rachel spent 10 years in Venice and now lives in London.  

Her poetry has appeared in numerous publications, including The Frogmore Papers, Envoi, PN Review and Southbank Magazine.

She's published a pamphlet and a collection; Furies and Bird of Sorrow, respectively, both in 2016 through Templar.

Poetry in the Window

Started in 2025, it's our chance to fill Whitchurch with Poetry. It's back for 2026, featuring printed poems in shop windows and then videos of the poets reading their work, in situ. We are working hard for 2026. Poems have been coming in and the next step is filming! Watch this space.
