Poetry in the Window 2025

This year we collaborated with 14 Poets and venues to create a high street buzz in the run up to Whitchurch's Blackberry Fair weekend in October.

Poems were assessed by judge, Sian Hughes and curated by the Poetry Whitchurch Project Team for publication and display.

​

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The poets were filmed reading their work in situ, at locations around the town, allowing more than 30,000 online viewers to experience their work. And posters featuring the poetry were displayed in shop windows, creating physical presence across Whitchurch.
